Hey guys just thought I'd post this up, saw quite a few people discussing this wondering whether it was bulk annotations or something similar being rolled out to specific partners for testing... I had no clue what it was until today when I saw them on a buddies channel and he showed me how simple it is to do it!

Basically, I'm not sure if you need to be a partner or not... I'm pretty sure you need to be a partner (Someone test on a none-partnered channel?).

Anyway, so the steps to this are pretty damn simple:

Step 1: Go to settings (Or alternatively hop straight here http://www.youtube.com/account_featured_programming, woop praise the lord for my helpfulness ;))

Step 2: Under channel settings go to "InVideo Programming"

Step 3: Proceed with setting your channel up :D

Here is an example image with what I have:

I thought as much, but maybe the "partners" that aren't actually partners get it too? (Talking about the channels that Youtube give thumbnails to and stuff when they aren't partnered).
