I just recently started developing Android apps (mostly focused on games) and I'm learning a lot, but my first game not about a month and a half old has got almost no downloads I even released it on all other third party Android app markets like 10-13 other sites in total, yet almost no downloads. So I decided Im not trying to create some super high quality app that is going to change the world, I dont really have the skill or resources right now. But I figured I could maybe release a whole bunch of apps that are easier for me to create weekly/monthly or whatever. But I really need help apparently with getting traffic to these apps I have read up on ASO and whatnot but still have not been able to crack this egg. I really don't have the money right now to buy tons of installs and reviews which is heard is great to get things going, I also heard its best to try to get tons of installs in the first couple days of the apps being released is that true ? Anyhow I'm looking for any tips or strategies to maybe get these apps I'm producing to start catching on even if it's just a small amount and I'm trying to do this for cheap as possible for all free strategies. Because like I said these apps are not world changing to begin with.

    Thanks

Start promoting (light spam) your app to the social media. I am not talking about paid ads, I am talking you taking the time and posting into groups, etc. asking if they can check out your app and leave a feed back to make it better.

This is only part of a bigger picture, but in the end paid ads is a must if you want to success big.
