So I have a site running, site is really targeted geographically and also by age. Traffic is good. My question is how do I get the advertisers to buy ad space from me? I am thinking of actually emailing them and telling them about my website, but my question is... What do they look in a site to convince them that paying X amount of money will benefit them? How do I prove to them that putting there ad on my site will be good for them?

Hmm... is there some material I can read on? Perhaps some eBooks or courses?

If you're site really is getting good traffic then just email them and tell them you're going to give them a free week trial to see if they find it useful.

If nobody visits your site and nobody clicks your ads, just make up stuff. Though don't expect them (advertisers) to stick around for long.

Oh, and make a PayPal "Buy Now" button. Nothing turns off an advertiser more than having to email you 10 times to get your PayPal address and confirm the payment/details. (Use a contact form as well for details.)
