Are you looking for real bank account, that can accept IBAN or SWIFT transfers?
If so, there is no way to create something like that without verification process.
In fact, nowdays it's hard to do that even with full verification, banks blocks accounts pretty fast.

for virtual bank transferwise is best but they will ask you identity after few days of usage.
however people using VBA for small transaction and i will never Recommend VBA for regular business transaction.

Moneylion provides vcc & vba. But it requires documents ( ssn, etc )

This is one off thing. I don't need it for long time. If I am provided bank account number for 5-7 days then I'm okay with it.
Are you sure that Transferwise don't ask for identity to get account number?
Do I get account number immediately or only after documents verification?

Regarding Transferwise.
They have blocked my account (business, not personal) about one year ago.
Transfers just stop working, but I able to login into account.
No incoming transfers, all outgoing is stuck too.
No support at all - we will call you later, please give us 24 hours blah blah blah.
Then after 1 week they said - we blocking your account, but we cannot say you the reason.
This is my own experience with TW.
Never again...

I never send/recieve any internal transfers on TW.
I used only incoming ACH in USD and outgoing transfers in some local currencies.
So I have no idea...
I'm Ok with the blocked account. They refunded the whole balance to my account in another bank.
But, they keep silence during 7 days.
They blocked transfers and didn't tell me what's going on.
