    I reside in India.
Tried 800.com // found out halfway into it that it is only available to US/CA residents.

Marketers of BHW, what service do you recommend I should use?
I want something that can redirect calls to my cell phone so that I can talk to my customers on the go.
    Thanks in advance.

All of these support call forwarding to India:

    eVoice ($0.02/minute)
    TollFreeForwarding.com ($0.049+/minute)
    RingCentral ($0.042+/minute)
    Grasshopper ($0.03/minute)

Some of these have mobile apps, so you can avoid paying per-minute rates altogether.

I had tried tollfreeforwarding and they said I could only forward my calls to a USA/CA based phone number. I will try other options and report back.

That's odd. I see the option to forward the calls to India on the registration form:

The other options have mobile apps, so they may be even better for your needs:
    eVoice
    RingCentral
    Grasshopper
