I own a brand of products which i sell through my official page at certain prices but one guy has setup 20 websites offering the same product (copying the photos of the products off my website) at very low prices, so people are tempted to buy from him and are getting scammed by him (because this products are solely offered by me). His pages being all duplicates of the same have a low page rank but since i have just 1 website of that sells and he 20, he is still getting on the first page.

I have asked him several times to remove the products but his tactic is aggressive and cheating so how could anyone reason with such a person.

How could i cause his pages to be penalized by google search or even have them removed by google search? I'm having a 500$ budget for this.

    A) If you own copyrights to the content then try sending google a DMCA request: http://support.google.com/bin/static.py?hl=en&ts=1114905&page=ts.cs
of course you would have to have proof that you own the content. I don't know if this only works with big company's like MPAA, RIAA but its worth a shot.

    B) Spam their site with poor backlinks and use only 1 anchor text. Leave your computer on all day (or use a VPS) and use a program to continuously ping the backlinks assuming the site is new and dose not have a backlink profile history, the site should tank. Also, make sure you only send N/A links (sites which have no PR) this would be a clear signal for spam which would eventually lead to a penalty for a new site.

Can you think of any way to make option B work on a b ! B! beee page? PAGE, not the entire site. If you can prove a method to tank a negative review page like that, then I will keep you busy.
