How to get a link from these sites

Hi,

I'm looking at a competitor's page in yahoo site explorer. They have a lot of links from what look like link exchange type sites. Here are some examples:

http://www.accuracypluscalifornia.com/la-pest-control.php?no=11
http://www.acneskincareforyou.com/moreresources.html?PAGENUM=2

How do I get a link on these types of pages? Is this a link exchange or something else? Thanks!

Contact the email listed on the whois about doing a link exchange.

Ahh, thanks. I was afraid of that -- it looks like it was all done manually. Is this phpld? I wonder if these links have much value, but this site ranks very highly for its terms and most of its backlinks look like that...

Don't disregard manual link building!

It may be slow going, but the links are usually worth a hell of a lot more than any automated submission

You shouldn't focus on link exchanges but on getting one-way links from authority sites.
