Hey guys, i am wondering if you could help me. I sleep very bad. I sleep at 5 or 6 am till 2 or 3 pm , now its almost 1 am and i tomorrow my university starts where i have to wake up every day at 6 am or some time a bit later! The problem is, if i sleep 'normal' and the next day if i dont have to get up early i sleep too long then i cant sleep in the night anymore! Many people suggest sports to get tired and sleep well but imo i am a very lazy person. i would really love to make sports but i have zero motivation. I am also signed in the GYM but i think i was 2 or 3 months ago there the last time! Today i woke up at 3 pm i think and i slept at 8 am because i couldn't sleep . now i am feel really tired but can't close an eye! So i ask if anyone has good tips which he use if he cant sleep ? I tried teas but they don't work, also hot milk with honey doesn't work for me... One time i got some light sleep pills , well i got tired from them but in the next day i had big headache so i dont wnat to use them again.
