this can be good to fill profiles but these friends are useless you cant make any money from them. trust me i know i sell facebook accounts. that is the only reason we don't do this trick

When i try to post on the wall it was asking me to verify my account using phone no. Is it necessary.

You need PVA
And because this method is public for a while now - FB is fighting against it.
