I am not an expert on this, but I do have a friend get more than tens thousands traffic from his loyal readers. Of course he also get from search, but I know his blog is not performed well on google, becauce he is one of my big competitor.
I also notice one of our former minister has a blog which get thousand traffic/day for sure.
So, the key is building the personal brand first. You have to be known as an expert on what you talking about. Once we have this, they will visit our blog for every new posts.

If you have the budget, Facebook or Google ads would do the magic for you.
If you own or have access to large Facebook groups and reddit subs. You could also drive 10k visitors to your site

how am i gonna do it on reddit? i created dozens of subreddits but none of them didn't get any members

like how? where am i gonna advertise my blog and how much will i pay and how many visitors am i gonna get on avarage?
the problem is almost all subreddits have ''restriction'' thing, im already trying to post on subreddits but none of the subbreddits are apporoving my posts. that's the problem. and most of the subreddits don't allow links. I'm posting articles but they're not apporoving.
How does that thing work? how much will i spend for bot spam and will i be able to send millions of spam messages to millions of website?

You need to find website/blog/some web space where you can post comments/posts and leave link to your website
Make sure that place has traffic that can be send your way and your comments/posts is noticeable by web space visitors.
Code or buy bot that will spam that web space from multiple accounts with a link to your website.
How much will you spend? I don't know it all depends, if you can code your own bot then you will spend time otherwise some money (don't know how much bot will cost, also maybe there arre coded bots already (google, research)).
You can always find few web spaces where to spam.
As an example:
when people do IG botting they grow account with bots and try to send followers to their website to convert
When people commend under YouTube videos with bot they find creative way to either leave their link in comment or they find a way how to catch reader attention to check their profile/video and they have link to their website there.

Your own subreddit without users is only good as a backlink.
You need to post to subreddits that are already popular. Thats the trick!

Only thing for such big traffic is YouTube/Facebook ads or even Snapchat

Twitter, Facebook, and if you can get approved into Youtube Ads. All three of those ad programs should get you there IF you have the budget.
Also, all social media networks will provide you decent traffic. FB groups & pages are a great source of traffic. Also, Pinterest boards.
