How to follow people by photo they liked ?

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to optimize my followings and I think that scraping users who liked a specific picture (similar to the pics present on my account) could be a good way to target a certain audience.
The problem is when I'm entering the photo ID of which FL should scrap users who liked, it doesn't scrape anything.
I guess I'm doing something wrong, so if someone could help me, I would be very grateful.

Go to websta.me and search the username u're after, then click on the specific picture and in the URL you'll have the ID of the pic.

ID will look like this:
926153421787787631_1233346374
