If you have a card holding problem, use a page with a natural avatar to fix it. If your card is verified, it cannot be fixed.

does it say insufficient funds? But is actually verified?

Then just create a new campaign and when it will go into review from processing the hold will go away itself. Dont keep pushing the "try again" button - will only mess up your account
