In the past it has been difficult to get help from The Best Spinner regarding "unhandled exceptions" so I thought I would try here.

In Windows 8 I fixed my TBS unhandled exception error by adding it to the Windows firewall exception programs list.
This did not work. (that firewall TBS helped me with)
THen I switched the priorities to always run as an administrator and that mostly worked. My Unhandled exceptions dropped by 90%.

Now I have upgraded to Windows 10. My unhandled exceptions problem is back with a vengeance. I deleted and then re-added it to my firewall exceptions. I went into the files location in the directory, changed it to run as administrator for all users, and sent it to my desktop.
    Still no luck.
Next I tried changing compatibility modes to Win 7 first and then to Win 8.
    Still massive unhandled exceptions errors.

Any ideas on how to fix this? If I cannot fix it this program is unusable to me.

It depends what the exceptions are. An exception means that the program tried to do something (a very specific single thing) and couldn't. You're best of sending the crash reports to the developers as they clearly need to implement better error handling.

Run the program in a virtual machine using Win 7. I don't use TBS anymore, so I can't be sure if it's compatible with Windows 10, but whereas you previously used it with success on Win 7 - that's the route to take. VMs are easy to setup in Win 10, so you just need a Win 7 ISO file, and you should be good to go.

    Good luck!

Take a screenshot of the exception and send it to the developers. Also, tell them what OS you have and specifically what feature you accessed or what you were trying to do. That will help make it easier for them to locate the bug in the code and fix it. Personally, I have used TBS for a very long time and never encountered any errors/exceptions in it in Windows 7.
