Use the Ahrefs tool to identify which specific URLs are returning 4xx errors. These errors could include 404 Not Found (the most common), 401 Unauthorized, 403 Forbidden, etc.
Okay, Thank you for the reply.
I have identified all the urls and randomly checked some of them. Most of them are all fine and live (though some are not indexed in google). My question is why ahrefs are showing these as 4xx errors where these pages are completely accessible and okay.

Сheck your server logs to ensure those pages aren’t returning 4xx status codes intermittently. Sometimes Ahrefs might catch errors.
