Analytics says I have 70% direct/referral traffic but the #1 that has like 80% of the direct/referral traffic just says "none" doesn't say from what site all this traffic is coming from

Do you have a SSL certificate installed on your website? If a visitor goes from a secure ("https://") website to an insecure ("http://") one, the referrer will be blank.

You can get free SSL certificates from StartSSL or Let's Encrypt. You could also use Cloudflare for free on your website, which will provide you with a SSL certificate (along with tons of other features like DDoS protection and caching).

If you’ve installed JavaScript Library, then you’ll be recording where traffic come from to get to your site. Information about traffic sources can be seen across several Kissmetrics properties:
    • Referrer – anysite that links to your site
    • Search Engine and Search Terms – includes paid and organic search terms
    • Campaign – appears for URLs tagged with UTM Variables

Is there a chance that 70% of your visitors type your domain by hand and visit your site that way? If that's the case, that's would be a huge success. Anyway, you can always try a different analytics provider or a different tracker to see if the stats you see are correct or a bug or something else.

OP himself is talking about analytics results... If the traffic is from secured site it will not show up as referrer.... Try cloudfare as suggested and install ssl on your site.
