I want to get traffic from USA. so, how to do it ?
Goto alexa(dot) com and find sites with good US traffic on your niche and get links from those sites.. Good luck!
To get more USA web traffic ,it is very important to make sure your blog or website in Bing and adjust the settings to target the state.
First you need to Sign into your Bing webmaster account, there you can find the your dashboard, under ‘configure my site', select ‘Geo-targeting' then Chose domain and towards the right side, scroll down and select ‘United States'.....
and one more thing is get backlink from USA sites to your site.....Good luck....
Well set the geo/ target location in Google webmaster tools as USA. Search for the top competitors that are ranking in US for your keywords, analyze their backlinks using ahrefs and then build similar links.
For ranking in Google, I would say; you would have to set your preferred location/Country in Google web master tools at Google.com and it would help you.
Are you talking about ranking in google.com or getting referral traffic from US based health sites? I'm assuming the latter based on your title. If so, you'll need find the top USA health blogs and create some good content to give them incentive to link to you

I'm noticing how you don't respond and making multi threads. I'm thinking you are trying to rack up posts...
Here are some more threads of yours.
