Is it possible to find how much unique visits an expired domain is getting without registering it first?

I tried it one day, not so good as shown in the demo video. Much much shitty .ca domains, but with traffic!

Is there any software you know that can tell the current traffic of an expired domain?

and also you can not check the traffic for every domain manually. You probably have to hire some one for this job:D

You need to find a registrar that allows "domain tasting" (google is you're friend...sometimes)

GoDaddy does ... but you have to email them, and they only allow a few.

Dynadot does but not sure for how much longer. I got an email last week saying they were not going to let people taste anymore. The next day got another email from them saying they now charge a 20 cent fee for tasting.

I use alexa to check the traffic for both existing and expired domain... but don't trust it all...
