How to find the right VA or Instagram expert?

Hello all,

This is NOT a direct request for a service and please don't DM me for this or "ads".

I'm trying to understand instagram, I have some accounts, used bots in the past with low success (managed to get a profile to 2k, lol) but ignorant as I am I'm trying to post here to see if someone can help me to understand some things.
Maybe this post will be useful to other noobs like me.

Since it looks like (by reading here and elsewhere) that a bot is the recipe to get your account banned (unless with the mother/child method) my questions are on how to find the right expert.

How can you trust to give to a random guy on the internet the FULL access on your account? Is it even necessary with methods like mother/child accounts? The "expert" one day could decide to run away with the account (I think!).

How much is an honest price to grow 1500/2K real followers per month?

I've read that some still use the F/UF method. Really ? It still works?

Will the followers gained with an expert here, be real? They will interact with my content and account?
I'm asking this because in the past, with bots, I just got many many accounts that were clearly fake (<100 following, >5000 following)

To hire IG experts, do you usually use the marketplace of this forum?

You create a facebook account. You go to Facebook business. You select instagram site administrators. You give your VA the manager role
He cant delete or change password of your site.

It depends on too many factors. Doesnt make sense giving you a prediction which you may eventually not reach with your money

You monitor your VA's work and count the hours he has been in the account. Then you will see if he gets you real or fake followers.

You could but there are a lot of places where you can find and hire a VA.

I would say 100-150$ per account per month is a reasonable price.

Ive hired many but most are through referrals from other businesses, people on forums are not trustworthy at all; a telltale sign is that no one on here will be okay with a formal contract.

You dont need one if you limit your VAs in what they can do on your instagram accounts

Upwork is a great place to start if you stay away from IN/PA/BA/SG/PH -> focus on Europe.

Just follow/unfollow?
Post too? How many a day?
If he posts, does he have to choose the content or are you providing it?

It would be expensive then, I doubt any EU people would do these jobs for 100-200

"IN/PA/BA/SG/PH" why stay away from these countries? I mean your costs will be much lower than in Europe. I dont think this can be profitable paying people $10 an hour

They usually overbill and fake resumes.

Honestly if the expert steals your shitty account, he just isn't an expert and the mistake is yours.
if you have an account worth stealing, then you don't need an expert.

You need to do your screening right, it takes a while to find somebody good.

So do Americans and uk/eu people . You just need to have good tracking software and force them to use it. If they don't want to do that , oh well they lost a few 100$ .

Also for fake resumes , even people with experience suck. I've had newbies do amazing and someone who had a degree suck . You should pay them daily , most allow this and ones that don't usually suck.

Not my point at all. Countries that I listed tend to bill bigger amounts of money in shorter periods of time for no reason - they don't care about long term relationships with clients. They just want fast money and way out.
Important note: That's my personal note after 3 years of freelancing. I don't like to generalize.
