How to find the original videos of the viral shorts that people edited on YouTube? and how to know if it can be used under fair use?

Hi, I've seen that many channels use the same video, but each one adds their own editing, whether it's subtitles, audio or other things.

But they all use the original video which has no watermarks or extra editing.

How can I get those original videos so I can add my own editing and publish it?

I've used google lens with images from the video, but it usually shows me edited videos and not the original.

Please tell me what method you use to get the original videos

Thank you very much

And I would also like to know if all videos can be used under fair use by adding your own editing, or is there a way to know if it can't be used?

For example, I saw a channel that said that all its videos are licensed under a company

But I would think that if I add editing I could use it under fair use, but I'm not sure, so please help me with that doubt?

Thank you very much

This is an example of an image of a video that is edited but i want the original clip.

Just post the image to chatgpt or Bing ai and ask it to locate orginal source, also Google images work just like the other member has mentioned.
