How to find sites with profile submissions?

Does anyone know a good way to find sites that accept profile information that includes ******** urls? I know all about Paul and Angela's links, but this would be for me and not necessarily to sell. I'm trying to program something that will parse through sites that have the profile ability.

Any ideas? Is this something I could outsource to someone to find for me? There's gotta be a way in google to "submit profile" or "edit profile" to find these sites...
