Are they DOI or just simple signups on your pop-up subscription form
If latter, you might want to confirm they are genuine addresses
Sorry but what do you mean? I have a site that is ranking very well and people are submitting their info saying they need my services through the contact form. How can i sell these leads to actual people in the field? For example, doctors, dentists, etc...?

You can go on affiliate marketplaces like CJ and reach out to companies in your niche.
I meant contact form leads have a very high bounce rate because they're usually spammed.
If they're double opt-in, those are usually real people with high interest in your service as they took the time out to confirm registration.
Have you reached out to a few of the leads and gotten a response?

I have not reached out to them but I did google their info that they submitted and they do look like real people. The question is, how can I get a real business to buy the leads? How do I approach them and negotiate a price? Thank you for the help

LinkedIn/Instagram/Facebook scraping and then cold contact. Give a few test leads then sell them on paying.

Maybe look for local listings in your own town and phone call or email them?
Or go for the more mature/established businesses and just offer them what you have. If they are interested then you just tell your price.
