How to find profitable websites?

I am looking to buy a website with minimum of $2.000 revenue a month. Almost all listings in Flippa are either worthless or scam.
Where to find websites to buy, any advice?

You gotta keep in mind that businesses doing 2k a month are nice for the owner. That's 24k a year, some doing almost no work. Would you be willing to pay 3 to 10 times that yearly amount? If so, just reach out to the contact form of websites that seem to do good and literally tell them:

"I'll buy your site for 3 times what you make from it in a year, today cash."

For monthly $2k revenue site will cost you more than $60k

Try empire flipper. They have some nice review, though i did not try them. But their buy/sell policy is very good.

There are a few places to look for websites to buy. You can check out websites like Empire Flippers and Motion invest.
 
I think for a website with 2k per month you have to spend 50k dollars at least for buying.
Is not better if you spend this money to run your own website?
 
if they selling for only 1 years revenue, think twice before buying

How about reach out to webmasters directly through google search ?
 
well prepare to pay $2kx36x = 72k usd at least for it.
no one in their right mind wills sell stable establedh site that give erning with small ammount of work at only 12x. will go 24x or eve more. if anyone sell you only a few x you need to triple check. it's possible the earnning is faked, like manipulated by self purchase ads etc
