I am sending an email to all my current clients. How can i find out who all people came to my site through the link i sent them in the email. I have seen that there is a way you can add some more parameters to a hyperlink and then not only it takes them to your website but you also get to know the email addresses who which clicked on it. Can google analytics do that? If not then which is the most easiest way to do this?

Yes it can, you have to add tracker codes to your links, but you can just shorten your backlinks with bit.ly and get the numbers you need.

My guess would be that Aweber can give you even More tools than you could possibly need... not to mention expert help. But yes, google analytics is probably enough. :)

If you are using an email client like aweber or mailchimp then you can see when they opened your email, if they clicked the link, what time and how many times they clicked.
