    Hate to spoil your hopes, attempting to taken down their site using DCMA method will not work if the offending site is in non-DMCA country zone.

    If that happens, the alternative would be to DDOS that offending site.

    You can use plagium and copyscape... (there is also a software that get all urls of your site,and do a plagium check.. i dont remember the name now).

    I don't see what you can do about it. I've had many articles stolen from ezinearticles. Because they have included my article on their website and not included the backlink to my money website. Which is a pain in the ass.

    PM the offending site , and your site. I'll ask my brother (he's good at killing off many copies sites) on what to do, instead of paying $99 to DMCA__COM.

    this is a strange case and i can make him change the copy he stole because we share a business connection. if he doesn't change it, then he won't be doing business.

    i even have his direct number. :D
