This mornin' just got an idea :)

What if I get an article from articles directories like Ezinezrticle.com wich was not yet indexed by google and add it on my site with a little or no rewriting and then ping the blog ... If mister G finds out the article FIRST on my site will consider as I am the author of article and rank it as fresh unique content ?

    exactly! been there, done that!

just choose some low-profile article directories because the popular ones get indexed by the minute

Not necessarily, Google now also looks at your sites importance value, so if you carry the same article as ezinearticles even before it is indexed, you may not necessarily get the kudos for it.

Even if you ping it there are other factors why google goes to ezinarticles before you, and even if it comes to you before it goes to it, the article may not get indexed before theirs does.

You could do this only if you make sure you build some great backlinks to your site.
