Hi B'hatters

Once again I am here with a silly question. I hope people will be generous to reply.

I just got accepted into a network. I like their offers and a few of them are quite good even going upto $60 for a $7 signup. I think I can make a lot of money there but don't know if they will pay.

My question is
What do you consider before you start trusting a network?

I do realize there is no better way than giving them a go but I am sure there are a few basic things to consider.

This would be my first CPA stint and I decided to started with a few smaller networks because if I do screw up I will not have spoiled the bigger ones that I plan to join after a little experience.

Also what is a safe amount of earnings in your first campaign? I know I can get earn at least $300 - $500 on the first day itself. Do you suggest any precautions if I were to do it this way.

Would someone want to extend a helping hand. I am in need of it.

Thanks for the anticipated responses.

Why not apply to a couple of networks and switch your ads randomly? So your share your risk and after all you can say whether a network will probably pay and which network will result in the most earning.

Greetings!

True! I can do that and I do realise testing is the best way to find out.
What I wanted to ask is what are the basic investigations that one should do at the beginning? Hope this clarifies my question.

I simple would google the networkname and see what other affiliates found out. I think most of the networks out there were tested and someone wrote about them.
I think the only way to be sure is testing it out...
Its like buying stocks. Share your invest, never buy only one company... So you share your risk too...

Greetings!

Could also try searching here, through the forums.

Good luck $$$ :sombrero:

Let me also mention my findings:

This is for CX Digital Media
1) The sign up process was kinda long. It took them a week or more to give me a call. I am forced to think that they were waiting till the last few days of the month so that the next pay day is 30 days later.

2) I was asked very few questions by them. Cant really make any conclusion with that because those questions were more like the ones mentioned in the stickies in the forum.

3) They have a mixed review out there. Some say tehy are the best some say they are the worst.
Here is a link to what I saw.

4) They have many offers (almost like 150) with good payout. I see a paid dating sign up ($8 fee) for $60.

Now I cant decide whether to go with them or not.
What do you think about this one.
Also if you have any experience with them please let me know.

I did search the forum before posting the thread but could not find any reviews for them.
Please tell me if you know any.

CX digital is fine, they're one of the top networks atm.

But in future reference, here's what I usually do:

1. Research the company, if they're new you can't really do this.

2. Only run a small amount of traffic with them for the first month to see if they actually payout. If they don't, time to move on.

Generally the more famous networks such as Hydra Network/Neverblue/etc. will pay and are legit...the smaller networks you shouldn't even bother with unless you see good reviews about them from other members. Networks are middlemen for advertisers, so finding one that is reputable is of HUGE importance. Better safe than sorry when it comes to picking the right network to handle your earnings...if you can't get in with your current situation, follow one of the guides in this forum and you will be approved 99% of the time.

Thanks for this information. I wanted to be sure that they are OK.

you are right they will. but I wanted to start with the smaller ones to test the waters. This way even if I screw up I dont screw up the bigger ones.

Most smaller networks are AFFILIATES themselves of the BIG networks...
I suggest you play with the BIG players only... If they have any questionable traffic , they ' ll email you with a big question mark.Whereas small networks will just give you a BIG BANN from their network ( in most of the case )... Hope this helps :)

That is another way to look at it and quite practical as well. i guess I will apply to the bigger ones. Will post my results here.

Thanks for all the help. That is why BHW rocks.

Some time ,it is good to promote some small network. some good offer is hiden in big network, they only deliver these offer to other networks ,not direct to their affiliate member. For example clickbooth ,"XSERA" show up at small network but can not find direct form CB.

Hmm you are right but I being in India limits my choices a bit though. Neverblue, Copaec does not accept applications from here. I know LLC may be an option but a little expensive though.............

hydra and neverblue may be more legit but they're a bitch to get into. SERIOUSLY. I've tried about a billion times. -_____-
