How can I find out which of my inner pages are most popular and are getting clicked to or how much traffic each individual inner post has?

Use Google Analytics, and you will know more than that.

Analytics show impressions per page, but i think you need to install the tracking code on each page to see the bounce rate for that page etc :).

Google Analytics is the surest way to know. Wordpress seems to support that. With Tumblr, there are several sites that do not support Google Analytics but you can always put a code in it.

If you do not want to use Google Analytics, you may try getclicky.com

I think you should be use Google Analytics tool because it's report is amazing. If you are not interested with Google Analytics you have more option like Clicky, Mixpanel, FoxMetrics, Open Web Analytics, Kissmetrics.
