I am guessing you are running a windows platform since you said you are running gsa etc.. which means you can use the task manager or Resource Monitor to check your vps performance. Your VPS will get suspended if you are using 100% of cpu all the time depending on your hosting company policy.

Task manager can give you details. Also your tools like GSA can tell you what resources you are consuming,.

Yep, very easy to stress the server with gsa.

    Two solutions:
    1.) get a bigger vps
2.) Set gsa to reduce thread if cpu usage goes above 80%

If your provider still terminates your vps, get a better provider.

I have used a lot of providers, ranging from root.lu, hostwinds to amazon aws.

never had a problem with running things at full throttle.

Do you mind if i ask which hosting company you're using? And how much you're paying.

Well usually when you purchase the VPS you can see how many cores and ram you have dedicated to you together with the CPU of the VPS Server.

Your provider should automatically limit your VPS with the resources you purchased for your VPS instead of suspending your account for "high usage".

You can just transfer to another provider - there are plenty of providers that wont ban you.
