How to find Drupal blogs for commenting?

You can find Drupal sites in much the same way you find any other site. Once you've found one look for certain phrases that seem common to that platform. Even very simple ones can help because its unlikely one platform will have exactly the same phrasing. By adding "" around the phrases you make it exact.
For example:
Both of those strings could be used as Google search terms to find Drupal sites with comment forms. There are much better ones but I've given you the idea now so I'll leave the rest up to you.
