2. Filter by channels
3. Check the channels with desired subs count (right-click one by one)

You see the panel on the right? That's their insights panel. There's a tremendous amount of data they offer on Youtube.
All I did was log-in to their website on a Youtube account with only 1 video posted, installed their extension, and did a Youtube search.
