For those of you who want to change your footer attribution, or just find a piece of code in a theme and don't know where to look:

    Download Grep for Windows
    http://www.gnu.org/software/grep/grep.html

    • Make sure you have a copy of the theme on your PC.
    • Run Grep, type in the link or bit of code you wish to modify.
    • Navigate to the theme directory in grep.
    • Set the file types to include only *.*
    • Let it run

Once the search is done, you should see at least one result in grep with the file you were looking for. Now you can simply make the necessary modifications and upload via FTP, or in your WP editor.

This works for Joomla, Drupal, Vbulletin, and really any text based file you wish to search through. Nothing revolutionary, but it's helped me in the past.

    Happy hacking!
