How to Export Saved Chrome Passwords to Excel

Chrome lists the U/N & P/W's so nice in neat, I'd like to back them up to an Excel document in case something goes wrong. Briefly scanned a few hits about using Google Calender, but I'd like an easier, faster, simpler method. Seems like it should be easy to do, i.e., find the file, copy the file, paste the file into Excel.

Anyone have a method?
