Is this possible with followliker? When I click followers there are only 199 results while i have like 4500. Are there websites that do this? Because I want to put my current followers on the blacklist so I don't like any of their pictures.

Try http://SocialBro.com, it allows you to backup your Twitter community and export it to PDF or CSV and also visualize statistical information about your followers and friends, easy follow back tools, track unfollows, manage lists, etc.

Using the Wizard, set the account to only Scrape Users.

Use "@YourIG" and "User's Followers" as the Query and Query Type.

Run the account for however long it takes to scrape all of them.

Open the Wizard, click Next to get the "Scraped Results/Data" window and you'll find your followers under the "Followers" button.

At least, that's the rough memory from the last time I did it.

Yes it is possible. Just scrape again, export, then import to blacklist

You can do this with FL itself, or external scraper if you want to. Refer to @KenTZ's post for how to do it with FL.
