How to exploit an Alumni directory? CPA or Partners for own products?

Hi,

I presently have an Alumni directory containing email address + phone numbers that I would to exploit.

Also, I do not believe that should use these email addresses for CPA offers directly since most people from this university are now executives. Also, I was thinking of contacting them for partnership but I am not about the right strategy.
