How to expand business client base on LinkedIn

I am doing SAAS product and would like to sale them to some Data provider company or AI company. I have target some of them on LinkedIn and sent messages, but none of them reply. Should I do something like buy premium plan?

Premium linkedIn helps visibility but messaging still needs value upfront. Instead of paying try warm intros showing results or demos, or engaging with their content first cold messages rarely get replies.
 
You might also consider joining relevant industry groups or forums where decision makers hang out building credibility there can make your outreach feel more natural and less cold.
 
Product Hunt is better for a SaaS to gain initial traction.
Linkedin is shit these days.
 
A practical approach could be sharing case studies or success stories directly in your messages demonstrating real impact tends to grab attention more than just another connection request.

niche content (posts, articles, videos) to showcase expertise,
