How to Evaluate Domain Name

I have a two words brandable domain name with 10 characters. the traffic it gets is fairly low atm, but it could get much better as the keywords are very well searched (100k searches) and the competition is very low (like 50k exact match).

Other than the self appraisal domain evaluation from webmasterworld, I'd appreciate a link where i can learn to evaluate the domain my self ...
