Hi,

I have lots of movies that I would like to upload and I see that there are people with the exact same parts of movies up, but when ever I upload I get a copyright problem. I have tried anything, changing the lenght and etc but no use. I infact know that those videos that are up are not from Warner or etc its just another movie site...

How to avoid it, because those guys have not cuted the videos or audio or etc, but I would like to somehow avoid it..

Any ideas?

1.) Go to your vid that has copyright
2.) Click "Resolve Copyright"
3.) Click "I Want To Learn More About The Dispute Process"
4.) Scroll down and click on "Take Me To The Dispute Form"
5.) Click reason number two
6.) Copy and paste this into it:
Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favour of fair use.
7.) Put your name 1st and 2nd name into the signature box
8.) Copy and paste the bottom statement into the "Statement Of Good Faith" box
9.) Click "Continue"
10.) Scroll down and click "Submit Dispute"
11.) Click "OK"

I've done it multiple times.

how long will it keep my video up? And is this a feasible way?
