So basically I want to embed a video on a page. Sure this is very easy with youtube, vimeo, dailymnotion, etc.., but I want to be able to take videos from certain movie sites like project free tv.

I have heard this is done very easily by bringing up the pages source but I can't find anything when I do. Does any1 know how to do this?

Not sure you guys understand my question. I know how to embed my own videos with an flv player. What I'm asking is how do I grab someone elses movie located on a diff site.(A site where they don't supply the code)

I was told you can just bring up the source and find it in there somehow. But when I do this I can't find it anywhere.

Check the source file ( right click -> view source ) and see the embed files they using have a media source and check if the same is available to view in a new tab. Some protect the vidoes by only allowing embedding from their own domain. If you are able to see the video url in another tab, you will be able to embed it (use the ways you know or use flow player)

Aha my bad indeed I was a bit confused on what you were asking.

Maybe they are adding the url with a dynamic code so looking directly on the source code using the right > source code will not show you dynamic content, try using firebug addon it renders the page html with dynamic content included.
