How to efficiently promote your videos?

Can someone please tell me how i can learn how to efficiently promote videos on youtube?

I know you have to market sponsors that revolve around your video theme.

but what else do i need to learn? i only know basics, how can i learn to become a better marketer?

Can you please give me some links that can teach me that more in depth?
or maybe give me some tips?

i already know how to get traffic thats not a problem, my problem is i wish to learn more about marketing meaning like where can you learn the logics of it, you know any good books or links to that?

Also you must be good at creating you landing pages using the best sponsors right?
