How to edit custom Avatar?

How do you upload a custom avatar pic? Where is the option?

from my understanding, you need to be a member for 30 days in order to have your own avatar and sig enabled.

I have been a member since August and cannot change my avatar.

You'll also have to have more than 50 posts, then you could add a custom avatar like i did

I have been a member for more then 30 days and have more then 50 posts but for some reason when I try to upload my own avatar I only see Vbulletin as my avatar.

I thought maybe it was a size issue but I even tried using the same Avatar as the one I have on DP and no dice then I tried using and Avatar I stole fromsomeone else here which would make you think it is the right size and that also showed Vbulletin..

Thats from FAQs:
In order to upload a custom avatar, you must be a member of the forum for at least 30 days and have at least 50 quality posts. If you do not have 50 posts or 30 days on the forum, you may still upload one of our standard avatars by clicking here. Note: it may take up to an hour or more for the forum to update your post count and status.

Aha! So it's solved then, it's just a waiting game.

Now that that's figured out, wanted to ask if anyone else is also having the problem of not seeing the rep button on posts anymore. It's been like that for a few hours now for me. Noticed it when I wanted to rep a member then I tried clearing cache, opening the forum in different browsers.... waiting (in case it was a brief glitch). Or am I just having a weird evening?
