Archive poster? It's a free chrome extension, that's a part of Queue+. Archive poster allows you to view your dashboard as an archive and adds more options when viewing blog archives.

I'm pretty sure archive poster can be used without Q+ and all the options are there it just doesn't have the option to add posts to your Q+ queue(obviously). One of the options added allows you to only select posts with 1,10,or 100k+ posts.... I don't think there's anyway to customize it though, so it'd need to have at least 1k notes.

If you want to look them over after going through your archive you could save the posts as drafts from the posting options.
