how to easily extract urls from rss feeds?

    But am hoping for something desktop like a scrapebox function or something...I tried link extractor in sbox for obl but it doesn't seem able to read them for whatever reason.

    Anyone know of an easy way to extract all of the links in a rss feed and output them into a text file? Or is the above linked to option my best/only bet?

    ps- I use link gopher firefox plugin for things of this nature in small amounts but I'm talking hundreds or thousands of rss feeds, no way I'm doing that tab by tab manually.
