In G**gle, what are some good and effective ways to send certain sites onto the second page of G**gle. I don't mind anyone's other sites to show as long as it not the ones that are defaming my service. There are some articles that show that when someone types the name and searches it, on the first page, it shows those. I don't care about them and their jealous opinions but is there a way to bump it down to the second page by doing some sort of seo technique? What makes matters easy, is that I actually am not looking to seo a certain site, I just want ANYTHING else to show up on the first page other than the negative things.

You could create social profiles for your brand (facebook, twitter, linkedin, google+, pinterest, slideshare...) and build branded anchor text backlinks to them from different sources. By doing so, updating them frequently and keeping a bit of user engagement on each social network, your profiles will grow authority and some of them will outrank the negative comments for branded searches.

Sending them to the second page is not that easy if they are ranking in top 5, but at least you can decrease their visibility.
