    You have to download and install PDFcreator (you can find it for free on the net). Then, in the Scribd page, you have to choose 'print', use the PDFcreator print and you're done.

    i too did a google search and came with the above blog result and i tried it ..bingo it works after some attempts..

    i uploaded the file for the OP..so no need to worry abt installing and testing..;)

    This is a solution if the pdf doesn't have a lot of pages. I have managed to download max 37 pages from a 100 page ebook using this technique

    Yeah, I tried that and it works. About the blank page problem, you have just to set the view mode to 'book'.
