    You need to get SSH access to your HG accout. And then you can use wget command "wget http://address.com/file.ext"

    you can probably do something like this with curl only problem is that the script will only run for 30 seconds unless you are allowed to set the max execution time.

    Here's some code I found, havnt tried it but should work.

    Code:
    <?php
    set_time_limit(0);
    $wav_file = get_file1($filename, $local_path, $newfilename);

    function get_file1($file, $local_path, $newfilename)
    {
        $err_msg = '';
        echo "<br>Attempting message download for $file<br>";
        $out = fopen($newfilename, 'wb');
        if ($out == FALSE){
          print "File not opened<br>";
          exit;
        }

        $ch = curl_init();

        curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_FILE, $out);
        curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_HEADER, 0);
        curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_URL, $file);

        curl_exec($ch);
        echo "<br>Error is : ".curl_error ( $ch);

        curl_close($ch);
        //fclose($handle);

    }//end function
    ?>

    So you can put this script on the server you want the file just change the filenames and stuff on the 2nd line execute the script by going to the page.

    Actually by default they don't, but they will enable SSH at your request, it took me 2 minutes to ask them and ... That's it ...

    Your Host has surely given you an FTP account for your domain . If you can have access to the subject files on the web site as FTP you can use an FTP client program like FlashFXP to transfer files from FTP to FTP bypassing downloading the stuff to your computer and then re uploading to the host.
