Take it slow at first, and go a bit more aggressive once you're aged.

Let's say my site in 10 days old, indexed by google. I can blast total of:

    xrumer - 6 000 posts
    scrapebox - 10 000 AA blogs
    AMR - 300 AA sites
    Senuke - Web20 + Web20 profiles

How to do link building using the above power ?

It really depends on the site, the age of the site and what has been done to it in the past. If you create spikes that are abnormal that will flag it by Google.

A good way to visualize this is to run about 5 - 10 websites through MajesticSEO and look at two different settings, the historical and the 30 day time frames.

You want to look like you're drawing a mountain.

Velocity on a site is the momentum over time so start small so you can get bigger. Start with one high quality link the first couple days. Then do 10 links from one of your softwares, then 50, then 100. Then make a schedule in Google Calendar with an alert to remind you of each time you need to do link building for this site. Make the alert reoccuring and do it every other day or every day, or every week, just stay consistent for at least 30 - 60 days.

There is someone in the forum doing a test on high volumes of links thrown at a site and the data is public. You should search for that post and follow it, it might help.
