How to Do BlackHat Seo Daily

Hello, Im new to the forum. I have basic knowledge about SEO, but I need help. Im sure there are middle or high level knowledgeable people among you. How can I do seo on platforms such as Twitter, Tumblr in a daily way? I mean, to explain a little more, for example, what methods can I use to make my own html blog on tumblr appear in the 1st place in the search engine or to make my twitter account appear in the 1st place? Due to the nature of blackhat seo and competition in keywords, platform pages can be closed and a daily seo is required for this. Thanks in advance for the help
