I have wordpress and it is a review site that has affiliate links.

How can I create A/B split tests for the content? I want to see if different versions of my "buy now" link will increase affiliate sales.

I have found ways to create an A/B page, but am unclear how to track affiliate clicks since I am sending the visitor off of my website, not to a thank-you.html page.

I don't remember the names but these are tons of wordpress 3rd parties for basic split testing. Just try a quick google and you will be neck deep. They DO slow your site down though...
