how to dispute fake claims on my video please need help?

Unless the video is:
1. your own
2. someone else, but you have permission to use it
then you are liable to copyright claims. It doesn't matter if you think the claimer is not the copyright holder...if you do not hold the copyright, you have to accept that sooner or later it will be taken down.
