I am struggling to come up with an idea to get a very small MAIN keyword anchor text ratio but with enough of them to rank.

Citations and press releases are a great way to pad out with BRANDED and naked url anchors. But the problem is many of these are not indexed and crawled.

I paid for a press release of over 300 submissions. I then paid someone to have all of these PR submissions indexed.

But when i check out the amount of these on ahrefs i see only 9!

So at this rate i would need 10 press releases to get 100 links?

If i wanted a main anchor ratio of 1% i would be spending millions on press releases.

Can someone help me with this please :)

I'm actually facing some similar issues.

You should obviously use your main anchors with the strongest links you got, and proceed to dilute with services like PR submissions or other 'typical' link building techniques such as
creating web 2.0'sת submitting to Doc sharing sites, video submission sites etc.. of course, you could use blog commenting and the rest of the bunch.

It is a struggle, getting half decent links for dilution which are not spam.
You might just need to look for a more reliable provider.

Same thing happened to my one of my site. I just ordered for citation and hopefully, majority of them will get indexed. Going for a PR soon as well.
When that is done. I might go for the all-in-one service here and use 100% generic anchors. I was told this will take up to 2 months before seeing any positive effect.

All in one service? Like a huge backlink package?

Yes but you should probably read them. Although both have different conclusions.
